Rain subsided, and I did a lil' more work on the page here. Still lots of links that go nowhere, but they will. If it weren't for the blog... it's my way of keeping myself online. My new lil' thing.

Yeah, weather here today bites. Haven't been able to do any online work today. It's storming crazy here (FL), and lightning already sent my 'puter off, as well as the TV. So it's offline for a while, maybe until it clears off if it does at all. Sometimes rainy days get to me, grrr....... and I hate this apartment.

OK... so today my index page goes completely out of wack, so I worked on it, worked out a kink with my Trackback, worked on some other pages that I'll be adding soon, sent emails, surfed blogs... there's lots of kewl stuff out there. All that plus goof around with my kids, read with the kids, read my own book, meals, laundry...
Now for the only thing I haven't gotten to yet... :shower

Geez, I didn't think I'd have that much fun surfing and reading all those wonderful entries! My son and I particularly liked those who'd post pictures, some of them part of their 26 Things challenge. Awesome to get a glimpse of how others view the world around them. I wish I could participate, but my camera is out of comission for the time being. Seeing about a new one. Anyhoo, a real view to the outside world. Inside one is cloudy, and I don't want to deal with it right now. I wouldn't want my friends to either. *sigh*

Guess you know what I'll be doing today. Won't be posting much here, but will be surfing and reading countless other blogs, taking notes, and trying to keep up with the Blogathon Yahoo Group postings, too.

Ok... ouch. Today I'm really in pain. Nearly fell down a flight of stairs when a muscle decided to cramp. However, like they say: "No pain, no gain". Sometimes I wonder if this is really true. On which occasions does this 'rule' not apply?
It'll be a tub full of warm water and Epsom salts, and eucalyptus massage oil for a nice leg rub for me today. Mint leaves... my 'Bear' friend swears by them for headaches... I'm getting some. Hope he and my indigo friend are doing fine... Something else for my theory. Sometimes time away saves friendships. I hope this is true.

OK, just got back from the gym, 60 minutes worth of cardio. Fun. See the trainer on my way out, and he asks if I'm tight. Heck, yeah, definitely tight, feelin' the burn.
You see, I haven't exactly been an example in athleticism, but I've set a goal for myself of running a marathon next year. I've been invited to two so far this year, but I'm in no shape of running a marathon. I'm honest enough with myself to admit it. Nowadays, my running lacks purpose (unless it concerns "running out" to the supermarket for some milk or an essential ingredient for some last minute yet savory meal, and then again, I go in my car), pace is non-existent, and vision [?], I haven't had any goals with regards to my running since graduating from high school.
I want that part of me back... now. It means sacrifice, and being up for the challenge. I can do this. Beauty starts from within, and I've been working on it, now it's time to refine the outside as well. I love and accept me for who and where I am; I will love me and accept me for who and where I will be. I can do this. After months of depression and breakdowns being the norm, I make a conscious choice, set a goal, and start moving towards it. Destination: Brand New Zee.
Hmm... I should remind myself to take the portable CD player to the gym, it bores me to read the news ticker while waging war with the darn closed captions. I can read lips just fine, besides, I honestly don't care what the news anchors opinions are. Just give me the news, simple 'nough.
Got a few errands to run, simple chores for the simple life. May go visit a friend. Off I go... blogz ya later!

I just learned of the Blogothon 2003, and today is the close for bloggers to sign up. I'll have to watch by the sidelines and cheer others on as they blog away for 24 hours straight, while I take notes and learn the ropes for the next one.
Cheers to all who will be blogging July 26th! I'll be reading!
I should email my friends tonight...

Words as spoken by my personal trainer... and ouch! how true they can be. Today it was upper and lower body, 60lbs, 3 sets, 15 reps each. Just for re-evaluation purposes. I'm excited, and definitely feelin' the love. Burns like hell.

Chocolates. But I have none. Sugar isn't part of my diet anymore, only natural sugars found in foods, and of course, whatever I put in my coffee. Hey, every rule has an exception, or something like that, right? I stick by mine.
However, this pleasure is all about quotes. I love them, have quite an extensive collection, and want to start shaping them here. So I started searching for a simple, non-hassle way of adding quotes to my site. Found it. Many thanks to Shacker from The Bird House! If you are looking for a great and simple way to insert random quote to your site, stop by The Bird House >> click here <<.
Thanks bunches, Shacker!

Well, I've certainly had my fun editing templates, css and such. More importantly, I've done so with a lot less coffee than usual. Yay! Mind you, I do love coffee, enough to say that it should've been a food group in a class all it's own, but... it's not really healthy.
Anyhoo, it's 3:19am, I ought to be sleeping.

You've heard of the 'born on date', right? Well, here it is: 7.13.2003... !
Welcome to :: i n n e r z i n c . c o m ::, and my :: i n n e r o u t i n g s :: journal, also known as z blogs (yeah, me... bloggin'... you know).
First post is up, sorta test, sorta something to say, making sure it looks ok. Now to get fiddlin' with the templates and such. I'm too fussy that way, so bear with me while I fiddle 'till I get a headache. Coffee makes it all better, tho. Hopefully I'll be bloggin' here in no time. Woohoo! That, or something will happen and I'll have no time to blog. What can I say?
What's the easiest way to get in touch with me? Blip me. Wanna share links? Have the desire to express your opinion on something you saw or read here... or anything else? Got the urge to rant? Blip me! Bored? Merry part, be on your way, and have a wonderful day.
I hope to hear from you soon, tho... yeah, you. Don't just read thru, say something... anything. Blip me!
