These last few days have been just that. Today was nice, early in and early out. Worked till noon. Next week will be very interesting. Got my schedule and I'll be covering some extra hours in the afternoons both Thursday and Labor Day. I don't mind. Plus a lil more on my paycheck sounds like a plus to me.

Working around the schedule, waking, driving to school, then to work, then back to school, lunch, home, dinner... working out the kinks to making it flow really nice. I'm really looking forward to including my workout in the afternoons before heading home.

Like it more than my last job, that's for sure.

Gotta catch up with my blog reading. Heading to Clayton's now. God I love his pics! I'll be working his "Circle of Friends" (2nd shot from Thursday) on acrylic and pastel. It evokes the same comforting and warm feelings I get from Georgia O'Keeffe paintings. She's my fave. So is Clay.

Had a wonderful first day. Peak hours are when the classes begin, about 9:45am 'till 11:30am. We had 48 kids during these hours, lots of moms doing Aqua, and I must say, the instructor is amazing. I've never been interested in Aqua exercising before, but I'm planning to give this one a try.

Yup. Just got the call. I start tomorrow at 8:30am. LA Fitness rocks!

... and I'm to receive a call if hired by Monday. Very cool, taking care of kids and babies for a few hours a day, and as an employee I have free membership!

Now I hate the idea of paying the other gym dues...

Ask a child, any child, what they don't like about going to the doctor's office, and I bet they all say getting shots.

For my daughter, today was the most "[...] terrible, horrible, no good, very bad day" in her life. She got 5 shots. :sob

It's great to see your kids growing up, learning all they do, becoming these awesome persons you have to keep 'getting to know', but it's also hard to see them grow up so fast.

Decided to check out the new gym at Waterford Lakes, awesome place (would love to live 'round that area) like it bunches more than where I currently work out at.

While there, I inquired about Nutritional Consultant opportunities, and if working with them would allow my children to stay at the Kids Klub. As an NC, no, however they could if I worked at the KK. So I filled the app and got called the same afternoon and scheduled for interview on Friday.

Neat. Really love the place.

I saw it at Clayton's first. As he so eloquently said... Word.
