I had forgotten to post an update on our latest DIY project. So, here it is. All done, and kitchen all cleaned up. I think I cleaned it compulsively this week. Yes, I continue to embrace my inner Monk.

Question: is your counter always that clean? I have almost nothing on my kitchen counters and I have been told that is odd...please tell me that it is NOT odd or at least that my oddness is fine. Waiting for response......

Michele, not odd. My counter is like that 70% of the time (factor in 2 kids and hubby=30%). I've found a lot of bitching & moaning has helped increase that percentage, however, now that my hubby is admiring his own creativity, I believe above tactic will be kept to a minimum.
